Payment of 30% of the total stay amount.
Payment of 100% of the total stay amount in case of NON-REFUNDABLE rate.
To confirm the reservation, please provide first name, last name, postal address, telephone number, and tax code.
After receiving our written confirmation of the reservation, the stay at the masseria is to be considered confirmed.

cancellation conditions

Any cancellations must be made in writing (via email, fax, or mail).

Cancelled reservations will be subject to penalties as follows:

• Up to 8 days before the arrival date no penalty will be applied;
• From 7 days to 4 days before the arrival date, a penalty equal to 50% of the deposit paid will be charged;
• From 3 days before the arrival date, a penalty equal to 100% of the deposit paid will be charged;
• In case of "no show" a penalty equal to 100% of the deposit paid will be charged;
• In case of early departure, the full amount of the stay will be charged;
• In case of a non-refundable rate, a penalty equal to 100% of the total amount paid will be applied regardless of when the cancellation is made.

invoice

Any request for an invoice must be made before the deposit with the details of the holder and the customer code or PEC.

stay balance

The balance of the booked stay will be made upon arrival. Meals not consumed will not be refunded or deducted.

pets

MASSERIA FABRIZIO allows only one pet per room and applies a supplement of €30.00 for up to 3 nights and €10.00 per night from the 4th night onward. Please note that pets are not allowed in the breakfast room and by the pool. If you wish to have breakfast with your pet, we will provide a reserved area in the outdoor room. In case of damages, owners will be held responsible. Please help keep the masseria gardens clean. Doggy Bags are available at the reception if needed. MASSERIA FABRIZIO does not allow pets to be left alone in the room during the stay.

The swimming pool at MASSERIA FABRIZIO is a peaceful retreat. Guests are kindly invited to respect a few simple rules to ensure everyone has an authentic and pleasant experience.

• Respect the opening hours from 9:00 AM to sunset;
• Keep your voice low to preserve tranquility;
• Use silent mode and headphones for mobile devices;
• Do not bring glass, food, or drinks from outside; the masseria's bar is at your disposal;
• Shower before entering the pool;
• Accompany children with care and attention;
• No smoking, to enjoy the country air;
• Do not use the towels provided in the rooms;
• Wear your own clothes outside the pool area;
